Myofascial Trigger Points -

Doctors who specialize in pain management and treatment suggest that 75% of chronic pain cases are caused by trigger points (small contraction knots in the body). These trigger points refer pain to all parts of the body, often to areas away from where they are located. To assist our clients in reversing these trigger points and to relieve their pain, we must know where to look and how to release these knots.

In this course you will learn:

  • Where the trigger points are located and where they refer pain

  • How to release the trigger points and restore range of motion

  • How to design an effective exercise program to reduce the incidence of repeat trigger points while increasing function and reduce pain
