Changing

session is done over the phone. You and your coach will set daily
and weekly goals for you to achieve and discuss those accomplishments each
week.
You will also learn about Balanced Eating and how it can help you control
your glucose levels throughout the day, keep you from highs and lows, and
help you maintain a comfortable weight.

You will be required to receive your physician's
