Let's Get L.E.A.N. -- Lifestyle, Exercise And
Nutrition
Diets
Don’t Work—
if they did
we’d all be skinny!
Are you tired of feeling like a failure
because you couldn’t stick to a diet, or because you feel that you
have no will-power?
Well we’re here to tell you
that it is NOT YOUR FAULT!
Diets
Don’t Work,
and they set you up
to fail everytime. Diets
are painful! Categorizing food as "good" or "bad",
cutting out whole food groups, restrictions and deprivation, this is
a "diet" and it will only lead to backlash binging of the so-called
forbidden foods that we are told we should not and cannoteat. Diets are against
our very nature.
If you are ready for a new
approach, one that is scientifically proven to lose weight for good—call
us now!
Learn how to enjoy eating again. Once you
realize that the only foods that are really bad for you are those that
either make you sick or you are allergic to, you can have the freedom to
eat when you are hungry, eat just the right amount and combination of
food to give you energy and sustain you until your next feeding, and be
proud of yourself and your life - without guilt, shame, or regret!
Get up and get
moving. When you go on a diet and decrease your caloric intake, the
body's natural defenses against starvation kick in and your metabolic
rate drops. When your metabolism slows down, your body's ability
to burn fat decreases. The most effective way to lose unwanted
weight and stay healthy at the same time is to exercise. Exercise
burns calories and builds muscle which sends the right signal to the
body and increases your metabolism.
By learning a balanced way of eating and adding exercise to your
weekly routine, you too can learn to manage your weight for good.

Here what clients are saying:
I decided to try Let’s Get LEAN because I knew I could not do it on
my own and having someone to talk to and help me has been wonderful and
a great big encouragement for me. I love using the pedometer – it’s my
best friend! The workbook help out by being able to record my results
and gives me an extra boost when I need it. Then, my phone sessions
with Lisa is really an extra boost if I have done good that week with my
exercise and if not my encouragement to do better. I feel better now
that when I first started because Lisa has helped me see that I can and
will meet my goals but with work on my part to continue to get LEAN!!!
Becky Hall, Beaver Falls, PA. (Lost 7.75 inches in 8 weeks)
The Let’s Get LEAN class has helped me change my habits around food
and exercise. I am more conscience of what I am doing and that is
progress! Lia Rensin, Leesburg, VA
I did
not realized how much food I was eating before this class. The food
journal really helped me become aware of all the times I was eating
mindlessly, because the food was there. Now I make an effort to put
food away and not leave it close at hand. I realize that I can control
what I am eating and I’m seeing a difference. Judy Cuoco, Amherst, NH –
(Lost 5
inches in 8 weeks)
