Discover the secrets to reducing injury risk, increasing stability and strength,  and improving balance and coordination.  Common causes of pain in the knees, ankles, hips and low back are discussed.  You will be taught the three phases of a well rounded conditioning program and even given a sample program that you can use.  Over 30 exercises are demonstrated with pictures and detailed instructions.  Thera-band medium-resistance tubing is included to assist with some exercises.  Written by Lisa Atkinson.

Low Back Conditioning

Low back pain affects 80% of Americans at some point in their lives.  Research has shown that low back pain responds well to a vigorous and controlled exercise program.  Based on post-rehab conditioning protocols and over 10 years experience working with back pain patients, Lisa Atkinson has put together an exercise program designed to reduce or eliminate low back pain, while enhancing strength and functional ability.  Comes with Thera-band medium resistance tubing to assist with detailed exercises provided.
