The Fitness by Phone® Program is designed
to get you fit, keep you motivated and get you results.
The
Fitness by Phone® coaching program involves a
20-minute phone call once a week with your personal Fitness by Phone® coach.
Your first session will be used to teach you how to use the motivational
activity monitors and fitness diaries so that you can record your daily
activity for the week and set a baseline according to what you are
already currently doing.
Your
Fitness by Phone® coach will then design a
personalized, specific weekly exercise and activity strategy for you.
Each day's goals are often quite different from the next.
Not only does this help prevent boredom and injuries, but also it
maximizes your results and minimizes your time achieving them.
Before
your weekly phone sessions, you will fax or email your Fitness by Phone® coach
your Fitness Diary. During each phone session, you will record the
daily goals you and your coach decide are achievable for that upcoming
week. Each day, you will record your activity information from
your Motivational Activity Monitors in your
Fitness Diary.
A wonderful feature of Fitness by Phone® is
that you can choose to do exercises that you enjoy the most and workout
whenever and wherever you want. You will not have to worry about
missing your exercise sessions due to conflicting schedules with your
trainer. Your weekly goals are designed around your busy
schedule.
