 On Lets Get Lean:

I decided to try Let’s Get Lean because I knew I could not do it on my own and having someone to talk to and help me has been wonderful and a great big encouragement for me.  I love using the pedometer – it’s my best friend!  The workbook help out by being able to record my results and gives me an extra boost when I need it.  Then, my phone sessions with Lisa is really an extra boost if I have done good that week with my exercise and if not my encouragement to do better.  I feel better now that when I first started because Lisa has helped me see that I can and will meet my goals but with work on my part to continue to get Lean!!!

On Post-Rehab programming:

After being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I was curious to see how my exercise plan would change.  By lowering my intensity levels and duration, I was able to complete my three weekly workouts and still have energy left over.  After a few weeks I felt great, no pain and not so lethargic.  I am just so excited to get up an move.  I feel lucky, blessed, to have had Lisa for my [fitness] trainer.
