Standing Terminal Knee Extension

  • Place rubber tubing around involved knee attached just above the knee and the other end to a stationary object. 

  • The tubing should be as taut as possible without losing balance.   Your knee should be pulled forward slightly.

  • Keep both heels firmly on the floor.

  • Allow the involved knee to bend forward and pull back to straight position.

  • Hold at the end position for a count of 10 and return to start position
